Data Collected

Taleno collects only the minimum personal data required to respond to enquiries and maintain the editorial catalogue. The categories of data we may collect include:

  • Contact form data: Name, email address, and message content submitted via the contact form on contact.php. A subject category may also be submitted.
  • Usage data: Anonymous browsing data collected via analytics cookies (page views, session duration, referring URL). No personally identifiable information is associated with this data unless you have given explicit consent.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. We do not archive personal data in dormant systems for speculative future use.
